Xomily is built for families, creators and businesses. This policy explains what you can and can't create. It applies to everything you type, upload, generate, download or share. We enforce it with automated screening of prompts, scripts, uploads and results, plus human review of reports.

✅ Great uses of Xomily

Personal and family videos: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, memories, baby milestones, pets.
Bringing your own photos to life, with the consent of the people shown.
Marketing for your own business: products, restaurants, real estate, events, promotions.
Funny, fantasy, animated and creative content featuring original characters.
Greeting cards, invitations, posters and social media content.

🎭 Mature themes

For our adult users we also allow mature creative themes: horror (monsters, zombies, ghosts, haunted places), fictional action and fantasy or sci-fi combat, thriller and crime drama, mild blood, dark humour, and adults in swimwear or fashion. These are still never sexual or suggestive, never graphic gore or torture, and never involve real or identifiable people being harmed. Talking videos of real people always follow our standard rules.

🚫 Not allowed

Sexual content and child safety

Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including "undressing" or altering photos to make people appear nude.
Any content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and law enforcement and permanently ban the account.

Real people, likeness and impersonation

Content depicting real celebrities, politicians, influencers, athletes, royals or other public figures — by name, photo, voice or unmistakable description — including "lookalikes" or "me with [celebrity]".
Using a photo of anyone without their consent (or a parent/guardian's consent for minors).
Imitating a real person's voice, or presenting AI content as a real person's genuine statement, endorsement or testimonial.
Content intended to bully, humiliate, harass, threaten, or sexualise a real person.

Deception and harm

Fake news, fabricated events, election or political misinformation, or synthetic content presented as real footage.
Fake documents, IDs, receipts, screenshots, certificates or official communications; impersonating companies, governments or organisations.
Scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive advertising (including fake reviews or testimonials).

Violence, hate and dangerous content

Graphic gore, torture or mutilation, realistic violence against real or identifiable people or animals, terrorism or violent extremism.
Hate speech or symbols, or content demeaning people based on protected characteristics.
Self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, illegal drugs or other illegal activity.

Intellectual property

Copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks or other protected material you do not own or have permission to use.
Uploading photos or media you don't have the rights to use.

Disclosure when sharing

Every creation is AI-generated. When you post creations publicly, label them as AI-generated where the law or the platform requires it (for example, many social networks and the EU AI Act require disclosure of realistic synthetic media). Never present AI content as real footage of real events.

Enforcement

Requests that break this policy are blocked and logged; tokens for blocked creations are refunded.
Repeated attempts lead to automatic suspension. Serious violations lead to immediate permanent bans without refund.
We preserve records and cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

Report content

Use the "Report" option on any shared creation, or follow our takedown process. Reports about sexual content, minors or someone's likeness are hidden immediately while we review.
